Ladies, it's time to BEAT the HEAT...

One day you're looking in the mirror and you know you're looking good... "You are hot!", you say to the reflection with a smile...
Fast-forward a few years. You're looking in the mirror and you see a bead of sweat forming on your lip. Your hair is starting to plaster itself to the sides of your head. You're turning red. "You are hot!", you say to the reflection with a angry glare...
Hey, I get it. Menopause and hot flashes aren't a ton of fun to say the least. However, I believe in looking for the silver lining in every ugly situation. That's why I've put together a little newsletter for you.I'll send you a cute story or a funny joke about hot flashes every other day for a few weeks. If we can't laugh at ourselves, what's the point, right? Hot flashes stink to high heavens, but that doesn't mean we should skip our dose of the very best medicine--laughter.
